CAMBRIDGE EXAM LEVELS

A1 BASIC USER KEY ENGLISH (KET):

Understand and use basic phrases and expressions, understand plain written English, introduce yourself and answer basic questions about yourself, speak with English speakers at a basic level.

B1 PRELIMINARY ENGLISH TEST (PET):

The candidate reads simple textbooks and articles in English, writes letters and e-mails on everyday topics, takes notes of meetings, shows awareness of opinions and moods in spoken and written English.

B2 FIRST CERTIFICATE IN ENGLISH (FCE):

The candidate reads simple textbooks and articles in English, writes letters and e-mails on everyday topics, takes notes of meetings, shows awareness of opinions and moods in spoken and written English.

C1 CERTIFICATE IN ADVANCED ENGLISH (CAE):

The candidate follows an academic course at university level, communicates effectively at managerial and professional levels, participates confidently in workplace meetings or academic tutorials and seminars, expresses him/herself at a high level.

C2 CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH (CPE):

The IELTS General Training exam is used as proof of proficiency for secondary education, employment and emigration to an English-speaking country.

HOW DO I DECIDE?

There are several versions of the exam. The best way to test your knowledge is to do one of the following:
– with model tests at all levels, from A1 to C2 (the highest level);
– via an online placement test
– at our headquarters, where we will be happy to advise you free of charge.

The results of these will help you decide which version is the most suitable.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE CAMBRIDGE EXAM?

We organise online preparation for students with prior knowledge, which is determined by a placement test conducted via our website.

It allows you to learn English with a qualified and experienced teacher wherever you are. All you need is a computer with a camera and internet access.
